We charge a monthly commission of 10% of the total rental income each month to handle everything for you and your investment.
You have the option to either file your own GET or have us do it for you on a semi-annual basis. We acquire a new GET# for all our properties and handle the filing completely for you. This a $50.00 Filing fee.
Getting access to all your documents couldn't be easier! We offer an online owner portal via Buildium where you can find all your documents, contracts, inspections, photos, and more.
There is no additional fee to advertise your property on any of the most popular rental sites such as Zillow.com, Hicentral.com, apartments.com and more!
